William Troost-EKong says the Super Eagles want to up a spectacle for Uyo fans when they take on Sao Tome and Principe on Sunday.
The Super Eagles have already earned a place at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations which makes the encounter with the True Patriots inconsequential.
Troost-EKong however said the team want to end their qualifying campaign in style.

“We are taking the game serious and thinking about the fact that we have already qualified for the World Cup,”the vice-captain told a press conference on Saturday.
“If you see the boys in training, everyone have worked real hard, not thinking about whether we have qualified or not.
“We want to make the fans happy by putting up a good performance on Sunday. Uyo has always been a good ground for us. We had a good run here during the 2018 World Cup qualifiers.
“You can be sure we will do our best to make Nigerians proud.”
