Perhaps it is for the best; we cannot continue to live our lives in constant grief, and slowly returning to normality after tragedy is part of the healing process. Needless to say, there will be a moment of silence before today’s match in honor of Diogo Jota. And the lads get to play football. And we get to watch. And maybe we can forget about the horror show that is The World, 2025, for a few hours.
